Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. 

 

DELIVERY COSTS

FREE RECORDED DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS OVER £50 

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

UK Standard Delivery is £2.99 and your order will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class delivery. Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] . If you require a tracking number, please choose Signed for Delivery at checkout.

 

UK RECORDED DELIVERY

UK Recorded Delivery is FREE on orders of £50 or over or £3.95 for orders under £50. Your order will be delivered via Royal Mail First Class Recorded.

Deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order (excluding weekends)

A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left and your parcel will be taken to your local sorting office for collection. Royal Mail may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place if they think it is safe to do so. A delivery card will be left to let you know this has been done.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

 

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

UK Next Day Delivery is £6.95 and your order will be delivered via Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm service. If you order by 1pm, Monday to Thursday, you will receive your goods before 1pm the next day. If you order before 1pm on Friday, you will usually receive your parcel on Saturday although we cannot guarantee delivery. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday.

We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday.

Your order will be delivered before 1pm and a signature will be required upon receipt. EU & WORLDWIDE DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard delivery is £4.95 and your order will be delivered via Airmail. This is a non trackable service. Trackable delivery is £10.95 and your order will be delivered via International Signed For Tracked™ delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. Deliveries will be made in 3-7 working days after you place your order [excluding Weekends] depending on your location.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

 

POSTAGE TERMS

If you choose standard delivery (which is a non-trackable service) at the checkout, in the unlikely event your item goes missing, Rocks Boutique cannot be held responsible for the loss of packages, we obtain a certificate of postage for every package.

If you choose a trackable delivery service and in the unlikely event your package does missing, Rocks Boutique will process a claim; once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Royal Mail doesn’t class an item as “lost” until 15 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 4 weeks to be processed.

For European and international shipping; if you choose to process your order without your item being tracked Rocks Boutique cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, we do however give you an option to track you item at an additional cost at the checkout. If you have purchased a European or International tracked service and in the unlikely even your item goes missing in the post, Rocks Boutique will process a claim and once the claim has been accepted you will receive a full refund via your original payment method.

Royal Mail doesn’t class an item as “lost” until 21 days have passed, your claim may therefore take up to 6 weeks to be processed.

 

RETURNS

In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations:

In the interest of hygiene we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pierced earrings.

If you should like to return your purchase, please return it to us within 30 days. (PLEASE OBTAIN PROOF OF POSTAGE WHEN RETURNING AS ROCKS BOUTIQUE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED) We will make a refund, provided the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please return the delivery note with your parcel. This is most important to ensure a quick refund process. We do not refund original postage costs.
